2016 BMW X7 SUV

Early on last year, 2014, BMW confirmed the rumors about the launch of the biggest SUV from its line-up.  BMW’s three row X7 will be sold on the markets all round the world, including United States. Let’s start with the basis. 2016 X7 will be built on the modified architecture which is used for latest X5 and will be used on upcoming X6 model. Due to the fact that X7 will be able to accommodate up to 7 passengers in three rows of seats, it will have longer rear overhang, as well as wheelbase. BMW design team will not give up on X-line recognizable look, so expect it to have much resemblance with its smaller cousins X5 and X6.

The X7 SUV will be built at BMW’s Spartanburg plant in South Carolina and in order to reach its production plans, German auto producer will invest $1 billion into this facility. This investment is not made only for the all-new X7, but also due to the fact that the X4 SUV will also be produced in this factory. These new models will result in increased production capacity from 300,000 units to 450,000 units, which is significant boost.

Details about the design of the upcoming 2016 BMW X7 SUV are still unknown, but expect the top quality materials, great looks and luxury features to be part of this powerful machine.
